Florida Marriage License

To get married in Florida you must have a Florida marriage license it's very easy to get it literally takes less than 10 minutes at any Florida courthouse.  Both of you will need to be there together at the same time all you will need is a photo ID your driving license or a passport. Any previous marriages they simply need the date of divorce.

From the time you go into the Courthouse to the time you come back out with the license will literally be 10 to 15 minutes if you're a Florida resident, there is a three-day hold after you get the license is then valid for 60 days if you are NOT a Florida resident the marriage license is valid instantly and then for the next 60 days it's just that easy.
